Automatic single shaft aluminum foil rewinder is our latest model. It can handle large jumbo rolls weighing up to 500kg and is designed for rewinding of aluminium foil rolls exceeding 150 meters in length.The maximum length up to 530 meters.

Automatic single shaft aluminum foil rewinder works with one shaft rewinidng,touch screen,PLC and inverter control,automatic glue spraying,automatic rewinding and automatic change to next roll and automatic put the finished roll to conveyor system.

Automatic single shaft aluminium foil rewinder adopts automatic conveyor rollers sysyem instead of traditional belt conveyor sysyem to prevent the finished rolls from unraveling.

The rewinding length is adjustable, such as 5 meters, 10 meters, 50 meters, 100 meters, 200 meters, 300 meters, up to a maximum of 530 meters (approximately 5.23kg).
