Single shaft silicon paper rewinder is a specialized machine used to rewind wide, large-diameter silicon paper mother rolls into finished rolls of desired length. Machine works with one rewinding station,after completing one roll, load a new paper core and the next roll begins.
Machine adopts surface rewinding that rests against a steel roller. Driven by a motor, the roller rotates, using friction to drive the rewinding shaft to rewind.


Features:
1. The mother roll unwinder is equipped with an air shaft and a magnetic powder tension control system to ensure smooth unwinding.
2. Automatic meter counting: Machine automatically stops when the meter count reaches the set data.
3. A foot-operated mechanism controls the opening and closing of the rewinding chuck, allowing easy removal of the rewound roll from the rewinding shaft.
4. Adjusting the pressure between the drive roller and the paper core controls the tightness of the rewind, resulting in a neatly formed roll.
5. Applicable rewinding materials: silicon paper, baking paper, food parchment paper, wax paper, aluminum foil, cooking foil,kitchen foil etc.
